Embroidery stitches thread directly into the fabric, giving it a textured, upscale look that works especially well on hats, polos, and professional apparel. Screen printing uses ink and is better suited for bold, large designs on softer items like t-shirts. Many clients use both depending on what they're putting the logo on.
Our embroidery minimum is 12 pieces. This covers the digitizing setup and keeps the per-piece cost reasonable. Larger orders bring the price per piece down further.
Vector files like AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG give us the most to work with. High-resolution PNGs work too. If all you have is a lower-res image, send it over and we'll let you know if it'll work or what adjustments are needed.
